I joined ILFS in 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager for our Directory Submissions team. My role is to be the clients’ daily point of contact and to support them through the submissions process from beginning to end. From sending out information forms and drafts, to filing the completed submissions, I keep the clients informed of deadlines whilst managing the referee process and setting up interviews with researchers.
