Customer Relations Manager
I joined ILFS in 2012 as a Client Relationship Manager for our Directory Submissions team. My role is to be the clients’ daily point of contact and to support them through the submissions process from beginning to end. From sending out information forms and drafts, to filing the completed submissions, I keep the clients informed of deadlines whilst managing the referee process and setting up interviews with researchers.
Having obtained a Law degree, I went on to account manage across four Barclays sites and case manage in medium multi disciplinary high street law firms focusing more heavily on Criminal work. I have over 7 years administrative experience acting as an Assistant to the Managing Director of chain or retail outlets and managing the HR function.
