I have been working with ILFS since it was established in 2005. As a Customer Relations Manager in the Directory Submissions Team I help our clients coordinate and file their submissions and ensure Legal Directory deadlines and prescribed formats are adhered to.
I help manage the administration process, which varies greatly between Legal Directories, including informing clients of deadlines, outlining the information required, and making sure any information provided by clients is presented and submitted correctly. I also act as liaison between clients and the Legal Directory researchers, setting up interviews if required, managing the referees process and obtaining feedback.
I have over 10 years’ experience working for professional services firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and HSBC. Prior to joining ILFS, I worked at DLA Piper providing administrative support for the Partners and law teams.
I am a graduate in Law from the London School of Economics and speak fluent Spanish and working French.
