As Operations Manager at ILFS, my role is to oversee and coordinate the Legal Directory submission process from start to finish, ensuring that every stage is completed as efficiently as possible.
I organise workflow on a day to day basis, monitor directory deadlines, identify priorities and streamline processes to ensure that our service meets the expectations and needs of our clients.
In my role as Directory Submission Editor I draft and review our client’s submissions, ensuring Legal Directory deadlines and prescribed formats are adhered to.
Prior to joining ILFS I was an Operations Manager for the Legal Services Commission, with overall responsibility for managing a number of teams in a large regional office and I led a national multi-million pound financial resolution project involving The Law Society and law firms throughout the UK.
Before that, I was a qualified solicitor working in private practice for 10 years. I have a law degree from the University of Manchester.
